Once you have an idea of what your looking for, we would love to discuss the various styles and choices available. Our process is very simple, and has been refined over the last 25 years through dozens of satisfied customers.

When you call to book an appointment, your initial contact will be with one of our project managers. They takes a very hands-on approach with each and every customer so that you can benefit from their vast experience.

Our project manager will visit you in your own home, at a time to suit you, armed with brochures, swatches and his trusted iPad. He will discuss your requirements, offer his advice, explain your different options and show you examples of our work.

If you like what you see, he will give you an estimate of cost, take some basic measurements and arrange for plans to be drawn up.

Once you are happy with the plans, we give you an accurate quotation for the supply and install, and if agreeable, we arrange a date for your installation to take place.

One of our in-house installation teams will come and do the work on the agreed date, and upon completion, you can expect another visit from your project manager, to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
