How We Operate...
Dealing with Wizard Homes is a refreshing experience, from the very first phone call, through to the completion of your project and beyond.
Your initial contact will be with one of our trained experts. Our team take a very hands-on and dedicated approach with each and every customer, so that you can benefit from their vast experience.
A project manager will visit you in your own home, at a time to suit you, armed with brochures, swatches and their trusted iPad. They will discuss your requirements, offer their advice, explain your different options and show you examples of our work.
Once you are happy with the plans, we give you an accurate quotation for the supply and install, and if agreeable, we arrange a date for your installation to take place.
One of our in-house installation teams will come and do the work on the agreed date, and upon completion, you can expect another visit from the project manager, to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
